After journaling a confession each day, Pamela also received an affirming meditation. These powerful prayers confirmed what she had learned and integrated with guidance from the Blueprint for the Human Spirit® during her spiritual awakening.
Because the meditations are so powerful, Pamela included them in her book’s companion journal, Embrace your Divine Inner Diva. However, she realized they would have a far greater effect as audio recordings. By listening to the meditations instead of reading them, she knew that you could more fully experience their intention and impact.
She invited Stu Shelton, a gifted jazz and new age musician, to intuitively create music for the meditations. The results are deeply moving and inspiring.
