What if your exhaustion isn’t caused by doing too little—but by doing too much?
Many of us live in perpetual motion. We rush from one commitment to the next, answer emails late into the evening, push through fatigue, and wear busyness as a badge of honor.
Yet despite all this activity, we often feel exhausted.
The problem may not be a lack of effort. The problem may be a lack of balance.
Our bodies were designed for both movement and rest. Just as the heart alternates between contraction and relaxation, we thrive when activity is balanced with recovery.
Exercise strengthens the body. Rest restores it. Movement builds energy. Stillness replenishes it. Authenticity requires us to honor both.
This week, I invite you to consider: Are you listening to your body’s need for balance—or simply pushing through its signals?
